The fall season is here—meaning it’s once again time for the Home Building Association of Richmond's 73rd Annual Parade of Homes, and this year, our team at Main Street Homes is proud to participate with nine incredible model homes on display. Held every Saturday and Sunday in October from noon until 5pm, the Parade of Homes is the perfect opportunity to tour some of the Richmond area’s most impressive new homes, discover the latest in home design trends and get inspired by the craftsmanship of Main Street Homes. • 11101 Cypress Branch Lane: At our Cypress Glen community in Chesterfield, VA, we have our Treyburn III floor plan featured with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,896 square feet of living space. 
• 15220 Dunton Avenue: Next up in the parade is our Grove floor plan, and this new home in Chesterfield, VA boasts 2 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,059 square feet of living space within our Cosby Village 3-Story Townhomes community.

• 9344 East View Lane: Next, our team has our Jefferson floor plan showcased with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,983 square feet of living space. This new home in Providence Forge, VA is in our New Kent County community.
• 11909 Church Rd: Also on the parade route, we have a new model home coming to Henrico, VA. Please visit our sales center to see our Shire Walk community.
