Best Model Homes – Single Family: Tuckmar Farm took home the award for the Best Model Homes – Single Family - $800,000 - $1 Million. The Best Model Home award recognizes exceptional design, innovation, and functionality in home building. Main Street Homes won this prestigious award by showcasing a model home that exemplifies modern living, incorporating sustainable materials, cutting-edge technology, and thoughtful design elements that cater to the needs of today’s homeowners. Best Model Homes – Single Family: Amburn model won Best Model Home – Single Family - $600,000 - $800,000. Amburn won this award due to its exceptional design that seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with functionality. Amburn's commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and thoughtful details impressed the judges, solidifying its place as the best model home of the year. Another big shout-out to Jasmine Lofgreen and Kelly West for all their hard work!
Best Advertising Campaign: Community – Tuckmar Farm: A powerful marketing campaign is essential to build brand recognition and connect with the target audience. One of the shining moments of the night was having our very own Savannah Lynn win Online Sales Counselor of the Year! Savannah Lynn’s achievements this year have been remarkable, showcasing her dedication and leadership in the Online Sales Counselor (OSC) role. Among her top accomplishments, she was promoted to Senior OSC, a well-deserved recognition of her outstanding performance. She also earned an impressive 98% score on a secret shop, ranking among the top scores nationwide, demonstrating her excellence in customer engagement. Savannah took a proactive approach to prospecting, making 4,500 outbound calls in 2024, contributing to 13.6% of appointments coming from aged leads, highlighting her commitment to expanding the lead pipeline and driving results.
