Warranty Coverage

Warranty Requests
Main Street Homes Homeowner Portal
Our homeowner portal stores detailed information about your home, including the products, selections, and colors you selected during your design appointment. You can access HOA details and community representative contact information if your community has a homeowners' association. The Main Street Homes RWC Limited Warranty information is also available.
How to Submit a Warranty Request
To communicate any warranty-related concern to Main Street Homes, please use our homeowner portal to submit a request. A separate Warranty Request must be submitted through the homeowner portal for each concern or issue. Be sure to include detailed information about the concern. Attaching photos to your request will greatly assist in progressing your request.
Appliances
Any warranty of appliances and other consumer products installed in the home are solely those of the manufacturer effective on the date of settlement. In no event shall Main Street Homes be liable for any personal injury or other consequential or secondary damages and/or losses which may arise from any appliance or consumer product defects. All warranty requests for any appliances must be submitted directly to the manufacturers. Below are some helpful links for submitting a warranty request.
Emergency Request
In the case of an emergency requiring Emergency Medical Services, please dial 911. If you have an emergency with your home that needs to be addressed urgently that has occurred outside of office business hours (Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm), please contact the appropriate vendor which can be found on the urgent contact sticker located inside your electrical panel. If you are unable to reach the vendor, please call our emergency line at 1-804-925-2609 and one of our on-call warranty technicians will contact you as soon as possible.
Emergency issues include a major plumbing leak, gas leak, loss of heating or cooling in your entire home during extreme hot or cold weather or a situation that makes your home uninhabitable.
